Privacy policy

RideGo is an app for Uber/Bolt drivers that helps estimate ride profitability based on the information visible in the offer and the user’s settings.

• the email used for the licence, support or app-related communications;
• a technical device identifier, phone model, Android version, app version and licence status;
• the Firebase Cloud Messaging token used for in-app notifications;
• limited technical logs used for diagnostics, stability and verification of app operation;
• location data, when the user grants permission, to provide more useful estimates;
• information visible in the ride offer displayed on screen, used for the estimated profitability calculation.

RideGo may use the Accessibility service, only with the user’s consent, to help read information visible on a ride-offer screen so that the app can calculate estimated profitability.

RideGo does not press buttons on behalf of the user, does not automatically accept or reject rides and does not send commands to ride-hailing apps.

For certain calculations, RideGo may use the screen-capture/MediaProjection permission for local OCR, with the user’s consent. This function is used to read visible information needed for the calculation.

In the public version, RideGo is not designed to publish or distribute screenshots of offers. Technical logs sent to the server must be limited to diagnostics, support, licensing and stability.

• technical diagnostics and stability improvements;

• preventing abuse and protecting the service.

RideGo may use third-party services such as Firebase for notifications, Crashlytics/diagnostics for errors, payment services for payment processing and routing/map services for estimates. Card data is processed by the payment provider; RideGo does not store full card details.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for licensing, operation, support, legal obligations or technical diagnostics. Users may request deletion of data associated with their account/licence at contact@ridego.online.

RideGo is in beta. Reading or calculation errors, compatibility issues with certain phones, or changes to third-party app interfaces may occur. The user remains responsible for the final decision to accept or reject a ride.
